Insider Tip:  When looking at lots on Sequim hill sides, make sure the natural drainage has been properly engineered, and be sure that since the system was installed, there are not apparent drainage problems, most notably on the lots and along and under the paved roads in the development.  Bell Gates has one of the best drainage systems in Sequim. 


You can see the pond in the left, and you can also see an easement in the right side of the photo to the left.  To the right of this easement is Lot 11 and 12.
